The SRT Network Graduate Engineer Trainee Program (GET) has been structured to enable Graduates to achieve a greater breath and depth of experience through the experience of the GET.On the job experience is the best way to develop and learn. By moving through a number of diverse roles during the program Graduates are exposed to a range of learning opportunities.

ABOUT GET
The Graduate Engineer Trainee Program (GET) is an integrated rotational program aimed at maximizing development opportunities for graduates engineer, providing exposure and experience in a range of areas. The GET aims to ensure that Graduates across all professional disciplines receive development, extend their competencies and broaden their knowledge of the organization. The program also aims to ensure that your development as a professional in SRT network. They will be varied, challenging and systematic whist assisting you to determine the course of any future career path. Upon acceptance of employment with SRT Network, Student will be appointed and placed, within one of SRT network current major projects and our client. Such work placements are a good way of building networks within the organization as well as developing new and different skills. Mentors provide our Graduates with career advice, guidance and support. They are an invaluable tool in the learning process as they share their experience and wisdom with the Graduates they mentor.

Candidate has to clear 3 rounds to get enrolled for this program.

Training Duration: Six month
Stipend: Get stipend 4,5,6 month RS.5,000/- per/Month
Salary: Successfully completion of GET get package 1.5 lac to 2.5 lac per year.
