Its India operations deals with Anti-Vibration solution for Cars& heavy loaded vehicles. It is a TS-16949, ISO-14000 Company. It supplies directly to all major OEMs like MSIL, Ford, Toyota, Tata etc. Trelleborg has state of the art Engineering and Production facility in its Noida Plant since July 2010 to till date.

- Responsible for supervising the shop and managing production related tasks in planning, control and trouble shooting.
- Trouble suiting on Rubber injection moulding machine and assembly line. 
- Regulating the process as per specifications control plans and work instructions. 
- Performing & monitoring the process control & quality assurance functions.
- Coordinating daily process audits and TS documentation.

- Minimising the non-conformance in products, scrap reduction on shop floor
- Optimizing man & machine utilization to achieve pre lout production targets different type of rubber moulding machine and assembly machine.
- Supervising, managing and mentoring a team of 110 workers and 2 asst co-ordinator ensuring optimum performance.
- Working in Assembly line and moulding machine on the concept of FIFO, JIT.
