- Provide the sourcing strategy within defined SLAs for new engagements.
- Update RHL status real time as instructed by PM
- Update the criticality of demands in Abacus (High\Medium\Low) as instructed by PM
- Identify and update the channels of fulfillment and tentative date of fulfillment
- Demand fulfillment
- Match supply with demand and shortlist suitable resources based on DDSS mapping
- Provide short-listed resources to the project and track to closure.
