Description :
Looking for associates, in the operations department, for overseeing and conducting the screening and background verification of candidates, ensuring that the details provided by the candidates are verified, on-line searches such as credit checks, directorship searches and FSA prohibited persons checks are conducted.
Roles & Responsibilities :
* You will need to ensure that client specific guidelines are adhered to ensure the appropriate services are ordered. Interact with customer service and other in-house departments to research any discrepancies as required.
* Responsible for background screening verification which includes calling universities, HR department of corporate companies, professional certification institutions etc.
* To recognise areas of compliance and quality failure and escalate to line management as appropriate
* be able to support the team with their workloads as necessary, to achieve objectives
* To drive continual improvements in people and processes
* To represent ‘Quality Assurance’ at selected implementation meetings as required
