- Network Monitoring – Network link monitoring using tools like HP Open View, CISCO Works, Whats up Gold.
- Network Uptime – Extracting network uptime reports using Network tools.
- Implementation – Commissioning and installation of Links TDM, MLDN, E1, ISDN and PRI. Thorough knowledge of Link commissioning process.
