Familiar with fabrication Erection of Trusses Column, roof structure etc, with the help of Hydra, Heavy Cranes. 3. Familiar with API 650 codes and standards, and QAP, inspection of various type fabrications (Different types of storage tanks, like cone roof, doom roof, double deck, single deck up to 12 to 47.5 meter dia, and Sequencing fit up and erection of Bottom, Shell, Annular Plates &Roof Structure, deck, pontoon box, stair way, Hand railing, platform Shell/roof nozzle orientation etc), should be according with the API 650 Rules and Standard. 8. Sequencing of inspection requirements for fabrication and erection with identification of mandatory hold points. 9. Familiar with Different welding techniques like smaw, mig etc. Using different types of electrodes and welding position, Check Every Joint before Welding, Gass cutting, Grinding etc, Also Check Picking & banding of every shell After Welding & Offer to Consultant/client for Inspection. 10. Familiar with ASME, ASTM Codes and Standards, And NDT testing like hydro, vacuum, pneumatic, DP test and welding visual etc 11. After all types of Sequencing of inspection weather it may be fabrication erection or welding or testing etc, Offer to Consultant/client for Inspection. . 12. Piping (up to 2500 NB), cooling tower to condenser. 13. Familiar with General Arrangement Drawings , Assembly Drawings, Detail Drawings, Fabrication Drawings & piping and instrumentation diagram/drawing (P&ID). & familiar with the documentation for given task like Fabrication, fit up, erection welding report and all documentation related for assigned projects with the help of Ms excel other software. 14. Preparing proper work front to complete the given task with optimum safety & quality within given time schedule, 15. Assigning the Day to day work of the team to workers and lead the team. Planning day to day activities and allocation of machineries, manpower to achieve. 16. Responsible in maintaining quality control and safety precaution of the working team. 17.
