Job Description
1.1. Project Manager

Mechanical Engineering B.E or Post graduation with additional Inspection qualifications. Having 5 years and above experience in Handling Mechanical Jobs independently especially for Refinery Storage Tanks Maintenance. Capable of handling subordinates such as Site Engineers, QA/QC, Planning, TPI, Painting crew, Scaffolding etc. by distributing the jobs. Good working knowledge with API codes 650, 653 for Storage Tanks. Computer Literacy and good English knowledge in communication and writing, Power point Presentation etc.

1.2. Site Engineer:

Mechanical Engineer having minimum 3 years experience in Storage Tanks Maintenance. Applicant should have good knowledge in independently carrying out Mechanical works as per API codes 650 and 653. Independently to handle subordinates such as Supervisors, Foremen, Workers and to deal with the client. Good Computer skill and correspondence is required.

1.3 Planning Engineer

Mechanical Engineer having Primavera / Autocad with 5 years experience preferably with storage Tank construction and refurbishment.

1.4 .QA/QC:
.
Mechanical Engineer with 3 to 5 years experience in handling QA/QC matters independently. Work experience with Storage Tanks and knowledge of API 650 AND 653 is an added value. CSWIP, BGAS certificates in Mechanical works and painting is preferable. Good Computer skill including AutoCAD to prepare documents and independently to deal with client.

1.5. Third Party Inspector (TPI)

Mechanical Engineer with Minimum 5 years experience in working with Storage Tanks. Qualified in Level III and ASME. Candidates with Work Experience in Refineries and in various Projects are preferable.

1.6. Painting Inspector:

Mechanical Engineering or B. Sc Degree with professional qualification of CESWIP, BGAS certificate for Welding Inspection and Painting Inspection having 5 years experience are preferable.

Candidate should have worked with Refineries or Petrochemical Industries and should have supporting valid documents. Any other additional qualifications for Inspection of similar Industrial works are preferable.



1.7. Mechanical Supervisors:

Supervisors having Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years experience in Storage Tanks for Refineries are preferable. Good skill in understanding and working with drawings, able to control Tradesmen and Workers at site, Regular reporting on progress of work at site, co-ordination with planning. Computer Knowledge and Good Knowledge of English is required.

8. Sequencing of inspection requirements for fabrication and erection with identification of mandatory “hold points”.
9. Familiar with Different welding techniques like smaw, mig etc. Using different types of electrodes and welding position, Check Every Joint before Welding, Gass cutting, Grinding etc, Also Check Picking & banding of every shell After Welding & Offer to Consultant/client for Inspection.
10. Familiar with ASME, ASTM Codes and Standards, And NDT testing like hydro, vacuum, pneumatic, DP test and welding visual etc
