Been as an HR spoke,and also been as a tutor in teaching ROLES [b]As RD [/b]: a. Approve in FRMT with the assignee name and schedule dates when "placement" is made in ROC b. Cancel task in FRMT if RD marks task as did not materialize in ROC, if applicable c. Change dates in FRMT as RD updates dates in ROC, if applicable d. Enter task and status in ROC for those tasks in FRMT created by SM/RD that are fast mobilization task, i.e. force outages [b]As FE [/b]: a. Change "actual/sched start date" in ROC (job screen and ACP dates) when FE updates FRMT to inform he is on-site. b. Change "actual/sched end date" in ROC (job screen and ACP dates) when FE updates FRMT to inform about job progress. c. Change "actual/sched end date" in ROC (job screen and ACP dates) when FE updates FRMT to inform about job completion. d. Change status in ROC to "onsite" when FE changes FRMT to current (informing he is onsite) e. Change status in ROC to "Complete" when FE changes FRMT status to complete and put in the actual end date before changing status. [b]As SM [/b]: a. Enter details of new service requests generated in ROC from FRMT. b. Update changes made to existing service requests in ROC from FRMT. c. Cancel service requests in ROC (did not materialize) when a Service request is canceled in FRMT. [b]Other Roles [/b]: a. Creating and Updating Field Engineer Database weekly or as needed. This is done by running a macro weekly on the FE status file. b. Updating Service Owner (or Service Manager) and Resource Director Database weekly or as needed . c. Creating and Updating New site where an outage is planned based on the task spreadsheet if the site does not already exist.(check by turbine Serial number). RESPONSIBILITIES a. Ensuring 100% accuracy of data entered in ROC and FRMT and vice-versa. b. Updating the ROC database with changes in FRMT. This is done by running a "Macro-Match" file between two FRMT reports generated by Oracle at an interval of 2 hours. c. Updating the FRMT database to reflect data in ROC. This is done by running a "Macro-Match" file between two ROC reports generated by the team member in the ROC database. This task is also done every two hours. d. Synchronizing the two databases, this done by running a macro file between ROC and FRMT to determine the difference. This task is done every two hours after steps b and c above. This requires understanding of the updates that were made by GENPACT ROC Team compared to updates made by FE/SM/RD in FRMT and/or ROC. e. Submit cases to FRMT team and notify the RD f.
