- Daily customer PPM review and day to day follow up.
- Man Power handling and Training to new comers.

- Production planning and Execution.
- Maintaining & improving process.
- Maintain hourly and daily production report, online customer compliant handling and feedback.
- Check all m/c start up & set up parameter. 
- Execution of SOP wherever required. 
- Implement 5’S & kaizen on BROSE cable line.
- Responsible for Production, Downtime, Assembly, Dispatch and customer complaints.
