[b]Main Responsibilities [/b]:-
- Ensuring applications’ data is entered correctly in Proviso and conducting checks on main database, local alert lists and sponsors alert lists so as to filter out applicants or sponsors on alert list.
- Searching for records of applicants’ previous applications from database and noting these records for ECO’s reference.
- Attending to enquiries via email. Providing guidance to the applicants by providing them accurate and timely information.
- Responsible for Biometrics enrolment procedure independently. Taking the finger scans and digital photograph of the visa applicants.
- Preparing case notes, correspondence and other material in relation to immigration matters.
- Maintain accurate file and electronic records.
- Handling queries of the applicant through telephonic as well as in the counter.
- Handling queries from the home office and sending them adequate replies.

1 Liaison With British High Commission for day to day operations 
2 Compiling of daily & monthly reports across India for MIS
3 Coordinating /explain with the BEP (Business Express Companies) for the process of online applications
4 Coordinating /explain with the PSA (Preferred Student Agent ) for the process of online applications
5 Product Knowledge for various Other accounts Such as U.S, Canada, U.K, Ireland, France and Italy 
6 Providing Information to the applicants regarding Visa rules and Required documentation for U.K Visa 
7 To check the visa application forms with documents submitted by applicants 
8 To issue the interview appointment letter to applicants called for the interview at the British High Commission.
9 Inform applicants about the value added service (Lounge, Coach, etc) VFS who are coming to Delhi from various parts of the Northern India for the Interview at British High Commission.
10 Handling of the applications coming through different Travel Companies all over Northern India.
