    Job Description :

    1. Tie up and co-ordinate with Travel Agents related to visa and passport services.
    2. Coordination with the corporate, in house clients and various embassies.
    3. Handling Travel agent sales on daily basis.
    4. Handling all the queries/grievances of the clients and consulates.
    5. Handling various reports and sending to the management on regular basis, arranging the training for staff.
    6. Looking after for the visa documentation.
    7. Responsible for all visa submission & collection.
    8. Handle visa formalities for the following Countries. Names are: Europe, UK, South East Asia, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand.
    9. Taking all visa related query ( telephonic & walk-in customers ).
    10. Fix up meetings with the Embassies.
    11. Maintain Relationship with Embassies.
    12. Preparing various reports related to visa.
