Induction & Orientation - Conducting induction programs according to categories of new joiners. - Preparing the induction time-table and coordinating with department heads for induction of new joinees. - Facility Visit, Sending joining circulars, introducing the new joiners to the respective department heads and other Team Members. Training & Development - Coordinating training program as per the need of organization. - Coordinating for all sorts of training programs including technical as well soft skills for all level of employees. - Compiling the training needs identification of employees. - Prepare monthly timesheet on training programs conducted. Monthly HR MIS, Exit interview and Attrition analysis & Employee Relation - Preparation of monthly HR MIS for all group companies and Corporate campus, Bhat - Communication and Collection of data from all locations - Calculation oft deployment rate ,selection rate , attrition rate ,projected attrition rate and its comparison with last year and last month - Emphasizing the significant contribution by HR department like clearance of pending cases of full and final settlement , PF , ESI etc - Emphasizing various initiatives by HR department and major area of concern [b]Employee Engagement [/b]: Part of Employee Engagement Team, carrying out various initiatives like birthday celebrations, employee suggestion scheme and playing a role of HR Facilitator for a one of the division of Corporate Office (FINANCE & ACCOUNTS).
