 to 14.03.09 also a part of pre opening team. Worked here as
 Commis II. My duties were preparing for ala carte which was
 opening of kitchen making mise en place helping the CDP 
 to prepare stocks and sauces. It was a all day dinning restaurant
 with 150 covers and it had Meditrenean food. I was in the hot 
 section.
 THE BYBLOS AND BUBBLES restaurant I worked here as 
 as Asst.CDP from21.09.04 to 19.09.06. It was a semi fine dine 
 restaturant with 150 covers, my responsibility were opening the
 kitchen as well as preparing the mise en place. I was also 
 responsible for making canapé and mini sandwich as well cold 
 sauces and cold dressing I used to help in the hot also. Location
 K.S.A. Jeddah.
 ESS US MARINE PROJECT I worked here as a Asst.Cook
 from 07.06.03 to 13.07.03. We used to prepare food for the US
