Defining suitable methodology to undertake the project with the available inputs for the requisite output. - Project management activities including project planning, estimation and finalization of technical / functional specifications of the project. - Managing the operations of Engineering & GIS at UGVCL. - Setting up of technical environment, quality standards for the project under consideration. - Monitoring project status, thereby ensuring compliance with quality, time parameters specified, and completion within specified timeframe. - Coordinating with the client for the entire project life cycle from conception to final submission with the necessary technical support. - Conducting resource utilization analysis based on the data collected during execution of the project. - Data submissions and getting approvals after joint verification with client for network & consumer data to proceed further with asset painting.[/QUOTE]
