- Presently handling 3 vendor’s with a team size of 60-65 technical persons under each vendor at UGVCL DISCOM
- Liaising with client to understand the technical requirement for the project. Analyzing various inputs available with the client. Defining suitable methodology to undertake the project with the available inputs for the requisite output.
- Project management activities including project planning, estimation and finalization of technical / functional specifications of the project.
- Managing the operations of Engineering & GIS at UGVCL.
- Setting up of technical environment, quality standards for the project under consideration.
- Monitoring project status, thereby ensuring compliance with quality, time parameters specified, and completion within specified timeframe.
- Coordinating with the client for the entire project life cycle from conception to final submission with the necessary technical support.
- Conducting resource utilization analysis based on the data collected during execution of the project.
- Data submissions and getting approvals after joint verification with client for network & consumer data to proceed further with asset painting.
