- Manage installation and Service projects through Technical Support Specialist and Field Service Engineers to inspect & to ensure the quality of Fabrication Welding.
- Make the Report & maintain the record of fabrication welding inspection.
- Initiate new or revised documentation and tracks through appropriate approval cycles and implementation
- Provide technical support on components, material methods, systems and equipment.
- Make the ID code system for raw material which is used for fabrication & secure the data in easiest filing method.
- Check the marking before cutting of raw material & also the marking of drilling on job.
- Check the fit up job before welding & make sure that it will be done according to drawing or requirement.
- Check job card of welding machines & welder ID card as per qualification.
- Maintaining the quality of welding on site.
- Make the plan of erection on site & follow up the plan.
- Tackle the problem on site related to erection work of structural assembly.
- Check the final visual inspection of structural connections & assemblies on site
- Effective management of 3rd party and distributor service organizations as key partners in delivering optimal service.
- Monitor and investigate reported Quality and Warranty issues for products and devices and drive corrective action activities. 
- Generate conceptual ideas and compile requests and recommendations for Technical Support Development and programs, evaluate the merit of each, and effectively manage the development and implementation process for those approved.

 Continuously variable transmission (CVT) is the system that makes it possible to vary progressively the transmission ratio. So it allows selection number of ratio, between minimum and maximum value.
Ratcheting CVT’s vary the stroke of reciprocating motion, which is connected to a free wheel (uni-directional clutch) resulting in uni-directional rotation. It improves the efficiency as it allows the engine to operate always in its optimum RPM whatever the vehicle speed is.
