Primary Accountabilities
- Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machinery and instruments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.
- Looking after the overhauling as shutdown of boiler as Valves, HEA, Igniter, Oilgun, Soot Blower, LR Sootblower & Running Maintenance.
- Liaising with site Engineer for ensuring smooth operations.
- Identifying the areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.
- Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget.
- Developing, managing and monitoring the performance of multi-skilled work force and conceptualizing need-based training programs for maximizing operational efficiency.
