i) Raw Material Dimensional, Physical & Metallurgical Inspection & Monthly Rejection Analysis of Spring Steel.(Raw material grades - C75,C80)
ii) Incoming material Inspection, Set-up & In-process Inspection, Final Inspection of finish part.
iii) Heat treated & Tempered parts Inspection
iv) Prepare customer Inspection report
v) PPAPing to get approval of newly production’s Parts as per TS documentation Levels
vi) Prepare NCMR & to take corrective action for Non-conforming material
