Job Description
1. Review the testing procedures in Quality function for adequacy and compliance
2. Understanding New Product requirement and make the inspection plan for trial items.
3. Ensure that Quality control function is equipped to ensure end customer requirements.
4. Review the Internal rejection while working with multifunctional teams to drive sustained improvements
5. Analyze, monitor and report the specific assigned customer complaints and coordinate for corrective actions against them.
6. Undertake system improvements in Quality Management function.
7. Impart required Training for multi-skilling the internal resources in Quality function
8. Assist in making changes in FMEA, Control Plan and changes in documentation like sop’s, Work Instruction and procedures related to customer complaints etc.
9. Champion assigned continual improvement DMAIC Projects and Quality Circles.
