To maintain the electrical and electronics devices in non-woven, power plant & secondary treatment plant. 2. Commissioning, Programming & Service of all electronics products via. Inverters / Servomotors / PLC etc. 3. Co-ordination with various departments for the execution of service and orders. 4. Maintaining Service documentation for all Service conducted. 5. Maintain the Service center and all the required tools, tackles, equipment in good working condition and timely maintenance/ calibration of the same. 6. Installation and commissioning of automatic winding machine, a fully robotic textile machine, and working based upon electro pneumatic mechatronics. 7. Servicing and Troubleshooting of Automation system. 8. Erection and Commissioning of Humidification Plant /Waste Collection System/Automaton system in AC Plant. 9. Servicing and Troubleshooting of Automation system. 10. Supervising the jobs of general shift electricians and attending to the electrical and electronics problems. 11. Scheduling and taking follow up of preventive maintenance of machines. 12. Maintaining the case history and electrical component consumption per machine.
