1- Presently working with Ginni Filaments Ltd., Gujarat since feb 2007 to till now. The plant is dependent on automation all machines are synchronized with each other I’m responsible for electrical & Instruments fault troubleshooting. I’m dealing with electrical maintenance plants and instruments.
Ginni is having different types of sensors and also Siemens instruments as S7 300 CPU 317,CPU 315 PLC,S7 200 CPU 226 PLC ,CPU 224 PLC also Micromaster 420,Micromaster 430,Micromaster 440, Master Drives Simovert VC(AC & DC).,ABB PLC, Danffoss, ABB’s Drives.
2- Before that I worked in Sofcon India Pvt. Ltd,Noida (from Sep,06 to Jan 07 ) as a trainee. during training I worked on Allen Bradley, Siemens PLC’s ,SCADA Programming, Drives functions,Process Instrumentation.

Job Responsibility
1. To maintain the electrical and electronics devices in non-woven, power plant & secondary treatment plant.
2. Commissioning, Programming & Service of all electronics products via. Inverters / Servomotors / PLC etc.
3. Co-ordination with various departments for the execution of service and orders.
4. Maintaining Service documentation for all Service conducted.
5. Maintain the Service center and all the required tools, tackles, equipment in good working condition and timely maintenance/ calibration of the same.
6. Installation and commissioning of automatic winding machine, a fully robotic textile machine, and working based upon electro pneumatic mechatronics.
7. Servicing and Troubleshooting of Automation system.
8. Erection and Commissioning of Humidification Plant /Waste Collection System/Automaton system in AC Plant.
9. Servicing and Troubleshooting of Automation system.
10. Supervising the jobs of general shift electricians and attending to the electrical and electronics problems.
11. Scheduling and taking follow up of preventive maintenance of machines.
12. Maintaining the case history and electrical component consumption per machine.
Major Training : Doordarsan Kendra, Bhopal (from 04/07/05 to 23/07/05)
Project : Study of Television Studio Program production and transmission, High Power transmitter and earth station.
