Centrally track and manage all customer requests worldwide submitted by phone calls, email, the web, etc. Strong and flexible e-mail notification system triggered at every stage of the workflow process. Integration of vendors to related services & routing option to vendors. CoDesk has option to escalates for the management and the Vendor. It also provide an option to close the ticket by the end user. Using E-mail Service, a user can log a call or complaint through email.
