- To ensure the quality requirements for the project are met throughout the execution of the project.
- To carry out daily welding inspection, fit-up inspection, material traceability and to prepare daily quality documents.
- Preparation of QC Documents in line with the production.
- Co-ordinate with the NDE coordinator for NDE and to monitor the NDE status.
- To coordinate with the Client Lead QA/QC for daily inspections..
- To raise NCRs for the Non-conformances related to daily inspections.
- 100% involvement as the QC Inspector for the Project.

- Review of isometric drawings.
- Total final inspection of fabricated components (welding, dimension, painting, documents)
- Raw material inspection (identification of all components and welding consumable).
- Incoming good inspection of the all type of raw material as per the Project & Standard requirement. (Plates, Flanges, Elbows, Fasteners )etc..
- Monitoring the weld parameters of different welding process (TIG, MMA, FCAW and SAW) in accordance with WPS.
- Monitoring welders performance and to maintain a record of qualification of qualified welders.
- Monitoring all fit-up, welding and erection activities .
- Surveillance inspection in the store for ensuring the storage system of welding consumables (electrodes, filler materials etc.)
- Ensure all the requirements before welding are met (pre weld heat treatment if required, components properly secured to minimize distortion etc).
- Visual examination of the welds.
- Organizing RT, UT, MPI and PT testing of fabricated compounds as required in the specification.
- Interpretation of radiographs.
- Review interpretation of NDT reports.
- Review of NDE test records and check compliance with agreed procedures and acceptability of the defects.
- Organizing PWHT if required as per the specification and review the reports.
- Inspection & monitoring the all the activities during the stainless steel piping.
- Preparation of construction Punch List.
- Inspection of painted items.
- Review the painting reports & related documents.
- Preparation of weld inspection summary and updating various inspection statuses.
- Preparation of various inspection reports based on inspection results and compilation of QC records for Test pack / Data Dossier (final record).
