Job Description:
Responsible for Quality Control (QC) activities related to welding at the construction site during the execution of a major international nuclear power plant project. Implements Quality Control inspection programs related to welding to oversee and monitor construction welding quality progress and success during the execution of the project. Monitors construction welding activities to ensure quality objectives are met.

Desired Candidate Profile:
1. BS/BA degree and a minimum of 5 years experience in responsible assignments in construction management or construction quality control activities associated with welding, including testing and/or inspection of manufacturing, construction, and/or installation welding activities. At least two years of this time should be in nuclear construction quality control testing and/or inspection of welding activities with emphasis on welding QC management, or 2. High School/GED and a minimum of 10 years experience in responsible assignments in construction management or construction quality control activities associated with welding, including testing and/or inspection of manufacturing, construction, and/or installation welding activities. At least two years of this time should be in nuclear construction quality control testing and/or inspection of welding activities with emphasis on welding QC management. Fluent in written and spoken English. EX PAT required for this position.

- Organizing RT, UT, MPI and PT testing of fabricated compounds as required in the specification.
- Interpretation of radiographs.
- Review interpretation of NDT reports.
- Review of NDE test records and check compliance with agreed procedures and acceptability of the defects.
- Organizing PWHT if required as per the specification and review the reports.
- Inspection & monitoring the all the activities during the stainless steel piping.
- Preparation of construction Punch List.
- Inspection of painted items.
- Review the painting reports & related documents.
- Preparation of weld inspection summary and updating various inspection statuses.
- Preparation of various inspection reports based on inspection results and compilation of QC records for Test pack / Data Dossier (final record).
