1. Working with KVS Technology as a “Validation Engineer” from Dec – 2009 to Jan-2010, Vadodara.
- Validate various types of Pharmaceutical instruments in Ranbaxy at Chandigarh.
i.e. RMG(Rapid Mixture Granulator), Capsule powder filling M/c, Coating M/c, etc..
- Also validate various types of PLCs, HMIs, and its Input and Output tests.
- Checking all the interlocks and alarms.
- Also working with SCADA software AHP (Air Handling Plant) to maintain & control the air pressure and temperature of whole plant of Ranbaxy.
2. Presently working with a huge & India’s largest Crane Manufacturing company, Anupam Industries Ltd as a “Electrical Design Engineer” from Jan-2010, VUNagar, Anand, Gujarat.
- Largest Manufacturer of EOT, Gantry(Goliath), Ladle, Forging, Magnet, Grabbing, Tower & Port cranes in India and having a joint venture with ALFA – Italy for Tower cranes, Sib Cranex – Russia for Ladle cranes and Mitsubishi – Japan for Forging & Port cranes. Also start to manufacturing a Stacker & Reclaimer.
- Got a training of E-Plan, Auto CAD – 2009 & Electrical, SAP system, Lotus mail system.

- Working as a Design engineer where looking after of total crane electrical system design, consists of three major parts. i.e. Calculation, Selection & Designing.
a) Calculations of Motors, DSL(Current collecting)system, Power & Control cables, E-Room(electrical room), Heat load calculations for E-Room and Cabin AC system.
b) Selection of Motors, DSL system, Cables, VVVF Drives, Inverter modules, Switchgears (i.e. Power & control contactors, MCCB, MCB, MPCB, ACB, Isolators, Timers, etc), Different types of Lighting Equipments, PLC, DBU-DBR(Dynamic Braking Resistor), Panel Sizing, ISU-DSU, Limit-switches, Magnets, Arm-chair controls, Drag chains, etc...
c) Designing of Single Line Diagram(SLD), Power & Control schemes, Preparing Bill Of Materials, Panel GA, Junction box, Cable schedules, Earthing schedule, Cable BOM, Panel & Equipment Layout, Cable Tray Layout, Power Distribution Board(PDB), Preparing control write up, etc…
