Electrical Engineer :
Incumbent should be a B.E./Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Must have an experience of 5 to 10 years in maintaining HT/LT panels, HVAC systems, Elevators, DG sets, Plumbing & Fire fighting systems, installed at commercial and residential buildings, shopping malls, hotels. Knowledge of computers will be an added advantage.

Facility Manager :
The candidate should be Diploma / Degree holder in Engineering. Hands on experience of 3-5 years in Administration and Maintenance. As a overall in charge of site, he has to manage, supervise and instruct to all his subordinate. He should coordinate Client Representative, Housekeeping staff, Technical staff, AMC Contractor and support services - Office Assistant. Assigns and supervises all-operational activities at site. Ensures smooth working of the site. Under suggested operational guidelines, organizes, directs, manages and evaluates operations in areas of facilities and management support services. (Age: 25- 35 Years)

Operational Manager :
Corporate group into Facility Management Services is looking for Operations Manager - Facility Services for Mumbai Region. Candidate having 8 - 12 years experience from Hotel background/Ex-service man, who can efficiently take on the job of housekeeping, Facility / Utility Services. Good control over staff handling, can assess requirement of man power, material required for new projects, fluency in English is a must.
