[b]Nature of Duties in ALEI [/b]:
1. Supervision of fabrication of Equipments (Towers, Columns, etc), fabrication and erection of Piping & Structures. 
2. Understanding the isometric & GA drawings of piping, Detail & GA drawings of equipment & structure and guiding the contractors to work as per the drawings.
3. Planning the fabrication and erection activities of the project.
4. Monitoring the progress of the activities and holding discussion with the contractor accordingly.
5. Calculation of inch dia. of piping involved per package, quantum of job to be done for structure and equipments.
6. Verification of Piping Isometric Drawings with Process & Instrument Drawings.
7. Coordination with the Contractors & Engineering Department for Drawing modifications, clarifications, field change orders, deviation request & change of material as per modification and service requirements.
8. Verifying the erected piping routing, Flow Direction of valves & Flow meters with the Isometrics and P & ID’s.
9. Coordinating with the QC Inspector in getting the Fitups cleared
10. Assisting the Quality Department in preparation of Documentation for the above.
11. Preparation & raising of MR’s for the consumables required.
12. Preparation of Material deficit lists and coordinating with the concerned Project Managers for arrangement of Material. 
13. Following up with the Project managers for the necessary inputs like Drawings, Material, etc.
14. Preparing internal punch lists and following up with the contractor for completion of the same.
15. Planning and supervising the Pressure testing of pipe lines.
16. Preparation of As Built drawings.
17. Verifying the quantum of job done by the contractors and certifying their bills accordingly.

1. Supervised the fabrication of PA & PG Trays for Columns.
2. Supervised the fabrication of Distillation Columns for projects like BHUHSAN STEELS (1043), IOCL MATHURA(1044), IPCL GANDHAR (1056), ALNI (1049), AL GLADSTONE (9004), etc.
3. Supervised the fabrication of Air purification vessels, towers & Separators for projects like STERLITE (1041), BHUSHAN (1043), IOCL MATHURA (1044), IPCL GANDHAR (1056), SG Calarasi (9008), etc.
4. Supervised the fabrication of Cold Box Structure for Air Liquide North India (ALNI) -140 TPD Project.
5. Supervised the packaging (structure & piping) of Cold Boxes for the first SILPA project (AL GLADSTONE). Also supervised the packaging of Cold Box’s for SG CALARASI (9008), AL Egypt (9020).
6. Individually handled the fabrication of Cold Boxes, APU Skid package & Adsorbers for HAWN YOUNG (9009) -205 TPD project in TADA for M/s. ASFAB in their Workshop.
7. Supervised the packaging of Structure for AL Russia (9017) -70 TPD project at Chennai for M/s. MABEL Engineers & its packaging at ASFAB workshop.
8. Supervised the erection of Cold Box packages and the interconnection piping for AL Russia
(9017) -70TPD project at Ryazan, Russia.
 9. Supervised the erection of Cold Box packages and the interconnecting piping for the AL Jhagadia
 (1066) – 140TPD project at Ankleshwar, Gujarat.
 10. Supervised the fabrication & erection of CS Piping at RINL Steel Plant vizag for ASU-4
 (600TPD).
 11. Successfully planned and executed the fabrication and shut down activities for the Common Shut
 Down in RINL-Vizag during 2009-2010.
 12. Supervised the erection of Pipe Supports and followed up the punch list activities in Hurth,
 Germany for 1800TPD ASU for Praxair India Pvt Ltd.
 13. Had supervised the mechanical activities like Valve replacements, arresting the Flange leaks, etc at 
 JSW BP-18, Toranagallu during commissioning of the Plant.
 14. Had supervised the removal of Perlite from T125 Cold Box at Kalyani steels-Praxair, for
 dismantling the Cold Box.
