As part of the CDM/JI/VER Origination Unit, your main task will be the management and development of a strong project development and execution team. You will coordinate project sourcing and development activities and develop new markets in India and abroad.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the CDM development of projects
* Support CDM methodology development and development of complex project types
* Coordinate project due diligence (financial, technical, counterparty, CDM)
* Provide quality control and assurance in the project development and due diligence processes
* Coordinate and execute policy and technology related consulting work
* Develop actively a network and liaise with cooperation partners, project owners and other stakeholders in the CDM market
* Assist in the periodic market assessment and evaluation of the sourcing and execution strategy
* Develop new business focus areas and geographies
* Represent First Climate at forums, conferences, exhibitions and workshops

Specific Requirements
You hold an Engineering degree from a reputed institute along with demonstrated relevant working experience in the CDM flied of at least 5 years. Additional technical working experience within a relevant industry sector is a plus. Knowledge of climate change policy and the Carbon Market, CDM, greenhouse gas emission reduction technologies is expected. Your ability to work as part of a multicultural and diverse team is accompanied by strong project management skills gained in the energy, waste or industrial sector. Analytical, problem solving and strong communication skills as well as proficiency in English are critical for this role.

Nature of Duties in ALEI :

2. Understanding the isometric & GA drawings of piping, Detail & GA drawings of equipment & structure and guiding the contractors to work as per the drawings.
3. Planning the fabrication and erection activities of the project.
4. Monitoring the progress of the activities and holding discussion with the contractor accordingly.
5. Calculation of inch dia. of piping involved per package, quantum of job to be done for structure and equipments.
6. Verification of Piping Isometric Drawings with Process & Instrument Drawings.
7. Coordination with the Contractors & Engineering Department for Drawing modifications, clarifications, field change orders, deviation request & change of material as per modification and service requirements.
8. Verifying the erected piping routing, Flow Direction of valves & Flow meters with the Isometrics and P & ID’s.
9. Coordinating with the QC Inspector in getting the Fitups cleared
10. Assisting the Quality Department in preparation of Documentation for the above.
11. Preparation & raising of MR’s for the consumables required.
12. Preparation of Material deficit lists and coordinating with the concerned Project Managers for arrangement of Material.
13. Following up with the Project managers for the necessary inputs like Drawings, Material, etc.

3. Supervised the fabrication of Air purification vessels, towers & Separators for projects like STERLITE (1041), BHUSHAN (1043), IOCL MATHURA (1044), IPCL GANDHAR (1056), SG Calarasi (9008), etc.
4. Supervised the fabrication of Cold Box Structure for Air Liquide North India (ALNI) -140 TPD Project.
