[b]COMPANY PROFILE [/b]: Regen Powertech is manufacturing and installing wind turbine of Vensys V77 and V82 1.5MW permanent magnet synchronous generator.
[b]DESIGNATION  [/b]: Engineer-TQM (Total Quality Management).

[b]JOB DESCRIPTION [/b]:
1)Responsible for assembly of Generator i.e Stator and Rotor which includes bearing assembly in main axle and hollow shaft casting and fabrication items incoming and in process inspection and verifying test certificates.
2) Responsible for manufacturing of Permanent magnet rotor by a special process called magnet incoming and in process inspection. 
3) Responsible for assembly of Hub & Nacelle casting and fabrication items incoming and in process inspection and verifying reference inspection reports and TCs.
4) Responsible for QAP, assembly protocols preparation and ISO documentation preparations. 
[b]COURSES AND VISITS [/b]: 
 I was trained by experts from Vensys (Germany) for bearing assembly & magnet gluing in Regen Powertech manufacturing unit near Tada, Andhra Pradesh.
1) Received Appreciation certificate for Manufacturing of scale down version of permanent magnet generator – 650 W, 240 RPM.
2) Skills for NDT evaluation of RT, MT, PT, & UT.
3) Fabrication works of Vendor quality and in house (manufacturing unit at plant), Machining and VTL Inspections and painting Quality inspections.
4) Review of Quality Assurance Plan & Inspection Test Plan as per various project requirements & ability of preparation of WPS, PQR & WQT as per code specification requirement(ASME Section 1X)
5) Welder Qualification test preparation.

1) Ensuring all the activities are carried as per Quality Protocol.
2) Checking the critical dimensions of all the components in incoming stage..
3) Stage by Stage inspection in all the process

3) Good skills of non-destructive examination for radiography interpretation & liquid penetration test. Magnetic Particle testing, Ultrasonic Testing, and UT - Thickness.
4) Good exposure to wards inspection/execution of piping fabrication as per isometric drawings, system check as per mechanical flow diagram.
