- Handling issues related with PF, Gratuity & Bonus of employees.
- Maintaining all day to day official correspondence.
- MIS preparation for HO, Factory.
- Organizing Forum for getting the feedback on different areas.
- Administer and explain benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees and insurance carriers.
