1) To co-ordinate with CHA (Operation) Department for Custom Clearance of Air Export and Air Import shipments as well as Ocean Import shipments.
2)Taking care of Documentation parts towards Clearance of the Import and Export Consignments.
 
 3) Keeping track of the shipments as per the Purchase Order copy recd from Shippers or Consignees.
 4) Arranging clearance of Perishables consignments within short time after arrival.( Products - Laboratory Chemicals / Consumables etc.)
 5) Arranging delivery of DGR shipments. 
 6) Preparation of Job file and distributing job to operation persons.
 
7) Preparation of IGM, Delivery Challans and Cargo Arrival Notice.
8) Issuing Delivery Order
9)Preparing Debit note and Credit Notes on Clients and on Foreign Agent.
 
10) Coordinating with Foreign agent to negotiate airfreight / Ocean Frt for Import and Export shipments.
 
 11) Coordinating with overseas agent for prealert documents i.e AWB , Invoice and Packing List copies of Import shipments.
 12)Coordinating with Foreign agent for arranging pick up of Import on various terms like FOB , Ex-works , DDP and DDU.
13)Coordinating with Airline for Status of the Import and Export shipments
14) Co-Ordinating with Sales team for quotations and Rates and sending the same to New Customers.
 15) Co-Ordinating with Forwarding Companies for Domestic shipments.
 
 16) Preparing MAWB and HAWB for Export shipments as per instruction received from shippers and sending to Local Clients and to foreign agents before arrival of the shipments at destination
 17) Insurance of the shipment ( Import and Export) from Warehouse to Warehouse basis.
 18) Co-ordinating with clients for for Documentation of DEPB , DBK EPGC License shipments.
 19) Giving booking of Export shipments to Air Line.
 20) Co-ordinating with Lines for IGM filing and vessel details of Import and Export shipments.
 21) Co-ordinating with CHA department for clearance of Ocean shipments.
 22) Co-ordinating with Transporters for surface delivery to the clients .
 23) Keeping records of delivery of the consignment.
 24) Preparing JOB sheets / Profit Sheets of Import and Export shipments.
 25) Preparing MIS report of IMPORT and EXPORT shipments.
 26) Looking towards remittance of Overseas agents.
