- Responsible for generating reports through Aspect-eWFM Tools for different LOBs for different parameters and matrices.
- Responsible for generating Time Slots for Team Leaders for any pre decided slot requested in tandem of the particular LOBs 
- Responsible for Swatting of Staff across LOBs for optimizing available Resources to achieve the Service Level Goal.
- Responsible for making the schedule official through Aspect-eWFM.
