My name is Chetmani Soni. I have done 3 years degree course from Purwanchal University U.P. in 2005. and right now I am pursuing executive M.B.A from I.M.S. College, Indore. I am achievement-oriented person with proficient team player skills along with excellent communication and organization skills. I am a quick learner with the creative potential to implement things with full effectiveness. Regarding my knowledge about Purchase or Sales it is one of the best field, where we can do work well. Regarding IT sector I have knowledge in computer window, Tally and
Oracle software.
Regarding my working experiences, after completion of my degree, I worked in a small firm as a Purchase-Sales Officer in brokerage office. My Job-Profile was administrator. I was also a team member for fortnightly stock record maintenance team.
Presently I am working in BERGER PAINTS INDIA LTD. as sales coordinator. Here I take care of whole operation work related to decorative / protective and industrial paints products. I would hereby like to apply for a job as purchase officer or sales

 Paints having multiple various production units & offices across India.
[b]Job Profile [/b]:
- Coordinating with the dealers and customers regarding there requirements & payments.
- Negotiation of Freight with transports for placing the Vehicle for dispatching the material in various locations.
- Keeping records customer payment & time to time follow-up.
- Coordinating with Sales Representative for requirement of material in there region and also for payment collection.
- Daily stock analysis in Depot, Coordinating with Plant for material requirement.
- Coordinating with all branch Offices for Inter branch material transfer.
- Managing casual and skills labors for Godown operations.
- Responsible for Godown functions as keeping records of all the commercial documents & correspondence.
From December, 2008 to November, 2010 worked with S.S. Mercantile, Indore as Relation-ship Manager.

Kala Trade Link is a reputed firm in handling brokerage job of grain and they are catering to the requirement of various overseas markets. Their services are well received in all the overseas as well mas domestic markets.

- Heare I am mainly handling the job of grain which includes;
- To collect the sample from the market and get it approved from the clients.
- Registration of purchase orders of various clients.
- Follow-up with the clients for the purpose of establishment of L.C. &/or payment.
- Pursue the clients for repeat orders.
- Timely despatch of material against the already registered orders in accordance with the terms and conditions of the purchase order.
- To attend and solve the claims, if any.
- Making timely payment to the parties from whom the goods have been purchased.
- Submission of necessary forms before the Government Authorities.

- Pursuation with transporters and also shipping agency.
From July 2006 to October 2007 worked with M/s. Thaimax Industries Ltd, Allahabad where I was placed in marketing department.

- Close watching of loading point to ensure that the material loaded is exactly in accordance with the specifications of the purchase order.
