- Worked for I-Process Services (India) Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad as Sr. Associate, From Jun 2007 to March 2010.( Client Place ICICI BANK in Credit Card Division) ( 3 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Processing the Credit Card applications.
- Ensuring that the right limit is given to customer, based on profile.
- Checking the FI Reports & KYC norms.
- Checking CIBIL & CPCS
- Priority Capturing & Processing of applications.
- Handling Escalations and closing them on priority basis.
- Leading a team of 5 Members.
- Frequent interaction with managers and getting clarifications and passing it to the team.
- Ensuring that the application is properly approved in system, with assigned limit.
Current Experience
Worked for Karvy Computershare Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad as a Officer ( Back Office), From April 5th - 2010 to Dec 2010.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for processing all Purchase, Switch & Redemption transactions reporting. 
2. Processing all the commercial and Non – Commercial Transactions.
3. Reporting transaction are processing with the applicable NAV at the end of business day ( T Day) on which the request is received before the cut-off time.
4. Quality analysis of reported transactions.
5. Uploading NAV received from AMC and confirming with audit
6. Preparing payout data as per request received from investor, branches, distributors etc..
7. Preparing Reconciliations files for monthly and Half –Yearly processing distributors
8. Interacting with Investors, handling queries and regular follow up with branches for required data.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.com ) from Osmania University.
- Pursuing MBA Final From Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad
