 Management

- Impart appropriate training on FIFO system, based on Inventory levels, to decide the Min./Max days of Inventory Issue system implementation for Min. 3 days Stock and Teamwork to support service staff.

 Since June,1988 with Delight Handicraft Palace Ltd. Bahruhana, Mirzapur as Accounts Officer.
A 35 crore Carpet Export establishment, with about 1.5 crore worth daily Export of expensive carpets catering to Germany, U.S.A. & other European countries.
 Notable Accomplishments
- Financial & HRD planning & executing all pre opening activities, including staff recruitment for all levels of the operation & production.
- Played key role in presentations, marketing plan, associates trainings, departmental budget for revenue & expenses.
- Successfully implemented standard operating procedures of Export orientation & implement best practices through e-tool.
 June 1987 – May’ 1988 with Indo Gulf Fertilisers & chemicals Ltd as Branch Manager.
 Notable Accomplishments
- Handled the performance of entire Area-office, outdoor Buffer Godowns, located within 20-30 Km at Bareilly, the biggest Storage centre for Fertiliser Urea.
- Successfully organized several concerts of renowned “Krishi Sewa Kendra” to enhance Sales promotional activities.
