[b]EXPERIENCE DETAILS [/b]: M/S PUNJLLOYD OIL & GAS LIMITED MALAYSIA FROM JANUARY 2011 TO TILL DATE Working as an Engineer – Piping SABHA SARAWAK GAS PIPELINE POJECT, MALAYSIA The SSGP (Sabah-Sarawak gas pipeline project) is an EPCC awarded to Punjlloyd-Dialog-Petrosab Consortium from Petronas Carigall Sdn Bhd, Malaysiya. The project constructs the transportation line of natural gas from the state of Sabah to MLNG plant at Bintulu (in Sarawak) which is about 512 km of which has major steep ups and downs. It is also includes major piping works of 1 lakh inch diameter for compressor station and various metering stations at different location, process piping and storage of firewater tanks at compressor station. [b]Job Responsibilities [/b]: - Manage and Control Piping work system within the area of responsibility. - Study of drawings and document - Generation of equipment & piping layout, checking & approval of drawing, document & BOM before submission to the Client/Vendor - Planning, Coordination with clients - Preparation of Fabrication and erection plans and attending of the same in coordination with Clients and different department. - Preparation of stage wise report, daily progress report. - Coordination with Client, Consultants, Project Managers and QA/QC Department for enhance output, maintaining highest quality level as per Client’s requirement. SHUWAIKH, KUWAIT Worked as a Jr. Engineer - From July'07 to June’08 for M/S Alghanim International Trading & Contracting Co W.L.L in Emergency Power Project, Sabiya for Fabrication, Erection & Testing of 6 Turbine’s Power cycle Piping and also executed in 6 KM Gas Pipeline works. - From July'07. For M/S Alghanim International Trading & Contracting Co W.L.L in Emergency Power Project, Shuwaikh for Fabrication, Erection & Testing of 6 Turbine’s Power cycle Piping and also executed in 4 KM Gas Pipeline works. - From Feb'08 to Mar’08. for M/S Alghanim International Trading & Contracting Co W.L.L in Emergency Power Project, Az-zour for Fabrication, Erection & Testing of 2 Turbine’s Power cycle Piping.
