Job Responsibilities :
- Manage and Control piping work system
- Planning, Coordination with contractors and sub-contractors.
- Preparation of Stringing, Welding, Lowering & Tie In plans
- Preparation of erection plans, fabrication plans and attending of the same in coordination with different department.
- Erection, Alignment and commissioning of Plant Piping, Related Structural works as per project specification.
- Piping Spool Fabrication, Erection and their Supports as per piping standards.
- Preparation of stage wise report, daily progress report.
- Punch list preparation and attending the balance mechanical job for mechanical clearance of test package.
- Coordination with Client, Consultants, Project Managers and QA/QC Department for enhance output, maintaining highest quality level as per Client’s requirement.
- Expediting the works by giving the suitable site decisions as and when required as per the standards and monitoring/ensuring the progress as per the scheduled targets.
- Ensure that safety rules and regulation are adhere and strictly followed.
- Monitoring availability of drawings/spools/erection materials to ensure that work can proceed without interruption and getting the adequate fronts form the client to continue the works without any halt.
M/S KARPARA PROJECT ENGINEERING PVT LTD FROM OCT 2006 TO JUL 2007
- From Oct’2006 to July’2007 worked as a Piping Engineer for M/s Welspun India Limited, Anjar Power Plant 1X43 MW Captive Power Plant, Like, Fabrication, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Equipments like fabrication and erection of storage tanks, & associated Piping.
