- Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements for departments.

Pre joining formalities
- After a candidate is selected, ensure that all the pre-joining formalities are completed.
- Collect the required documents & send to HO to complete pre-joining formalities.
- Ensure that joining formalities for all employees are complete & they are given a proper induction.
- Ensure all the joining formalities are complete including, filling up of the statutory forms, bank details etc.
- Co-ordinate with the people responsible for completing the Induction.

Exit formalities
- Ensure that the HO is notified of every employee resignation on time.
- Ensure that all exit formalities are complete & clearance form signed by all departments within TAT.
- Conduct an exit interview for all leaving employees.

Confirmation & probation review
- Coordinate with HO to obtain a list of all the employees who need to be confirmed every month.
- Send the confirmation appraisals 15 days before the confirmation is due.
- Follow up one week later if the confirmation is not received.
- Ensure the HOD's signature is available on the appraisal affirming with the confirmation
Issue the confirmation letter.

- Managing payroll processing function.
