Job Description:

A Business Associate has to wear “multiple hats” of –
1. Develop new international business leads and close them to reach revenue goals.
2. Generate new business leads by researching, participating in events and personal references.
3. Managing relationships and furthering the goals of the organization.
4. Meeting customers and developing relationships, closing deals.
The representative is responsible for providing world class service to Small Business Customers by resolving customer inquiries through multiple contact channels, including phone and e-mail. The successful representative will address and resolve customer inquiries to ensure first contact resolution. Additionally, the representative is responsible for making every customer interaction count through a relationship building consultative servicing approach that involves identifying opportunities to make every customer successful. Making every customer successful involves successfully providing sales through service by recommending products and services that are best suited for the customer.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Essential Qualifications & Skills
1. At least 4-5 years work experience in IT Sales (IT, ITES, Global Outsourcing )/IT services especially healthcare industries and having familiarity in Internet & Software field preferably having Corporate sales (IT sales) experience.
2. Fluent in spoken and written English – (mandatory)
3. Command over MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point
4. Pleasant mannerism & Strong Analytical Ability
5. Ability to work with minimal supervision
6. Team work and the ability to go beyond the call of duty.
7. Entrepreneurial and willingness to work in a startup environment.
8. Should be highly targets driven and the past work experience should show that.
