- Responsible for spool fabrication/erection/Line Checking and hydro testing, line checking test package wise within boundary limits and also maintain activities in the existing facilities to ensure the activities are executed as per the work Scope and in adherence to the HSE standards.

Ruwais NGL 3rd trains project (Abu-Dhabi gas industries Ltd “Gasco), The scope of work involved construction of a grass roots Gas plant including NGL Fractionation, Propane Refrigeration, Molecular sieves, DEO gas treating, LPG gas treating, Sulphur recovery plant, Offsite- LPG propane storage,/ LPG Butane storage/ Pentane plus storage/BOG refrigeration unit, utilities ((Steam & BFW), Flare, Deaerator packages, Chemical injection packages, Condensate polishing packages, etc and the cost of construction is 287milion $. The piping fabrication & erection weight involved is 32000 tons approximately and equipment erection weight is 24000 tons approximately and steel structure 14000 tons including heavy civil and tanks. 
[b]Job Responsibilities [/b]:

[b]Job Responsibilities [/b]:. 
- Responsible for all Piping fabrication and Erection Hydro testing and line checking test package preparation and inspection with the Client.
- Monitor the all inspection and QA/QC Documentation & submit to the client for approvals/ and review the P&ID drawing for the boundary marking. 
- Construction activities such as installation of Thermal vapour compression units and associate the piping and structure steel platform grating.
- Preparation of MTO from ISO Drawing and finalization of the final list and expediting the procurement/ Preparation of Hydro test package with demarcation P&ID drawing and ISO Drawing & attend the shutdown meeting with client and Subcontractor.

- Plan, direct, coordinate, and budget usually through subordinate supervisory personnel for activities concerned with the construction of plant and maintenance of structure, facilities and systems. Participate in the conceptual with the construction development of a construction project and oversee its organization, schedule and implementation essential tasks and responsibilities.
- Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professional to discuss and resolve the matter such as work procedure, complaints, and construction problem. Determine and implement quality control programs, and directly supervise the worker. Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plan.
- Inspect and review project to monitor compliance of administrative staff, worker and client representing the owner or developer.
