Contacted nearly  ten to fifteen people per day, created awareness about the Mutual Funds,  and fed back voice of the customer into the organization. Generated 65  leads and collected data on 254 members within the territory. Got  trained on different types of mutual fund and also got good insight into  different investment instruments.

As part of this project I did market research and collected data  secondary data and analyzed how companies maintain customer relations.  Compared and contrasted between street vendors and hyper markets.  Analyzed price, place, promotion, and product in regard to business to  customer (B2C) marketing.

As part of this project did market research and collected secondary data  about services marketing and analyzed how companies serve in service  industry. Analyzed hotel industry, educational industry, aviation  industry and hospitality industry.
