- To handle & maintain Diesel Generator (DG) & ensure that it works properly in case of emergency. To ensure that the periodic maintenance of Diesel Generator is done as per the maintenance schedule plan.
- To handle the UPS systems and get the periodic maintenance of UPS done as per maintenance plan. In case of any fault in UPS get the same rectified by coordinating with vendor.
- To handle all the Electrical Panels (HT/LT panels, ATS panel,) and get the periodic maintenance of Electrical Panels done as per maintenance plan. In case of any fault in them get the same rectified by coordinating with vendor.
- To handle & maintain Air-conditioning Units (i.e. Ductable, Splits, VRF & Precession units) & ensure that it works properly. To ensure that the periodic maintenance of Air-conditioning Units is done as per the maintenance schedule plan.
- To handle & maintain Biometric Systems & ensure that it works properly at every time. To ensure that the periodic maintenance of Biometrics is done as per the maintenance schedule plan.
