Organisational Experience
Sep 09 – Mar 10 with Thribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Private Limited.
-- Liaison with the TBZ Factory for replenishment of customer orders in the various outlets across the 14 branches in India. 
-- Coordination with the vendors for timely supply of the new customer orders as well as for the repeat orders as per designs vetted.
-- Acting as a coordinator between the factory/vendors and the branches for the timely execution of the customer orders.
-- Ensuring the distribution of these orders to various outlets as per the requirements laid earlier.
-- Arranging diamond and other color stones as per the design selected by customer and/or for the approval of the customer. 
-- Brain Storming with the team of designers on new concepts and designs to be made according to the customers requirements and designing for them at times.
Jan 07 – May 07 with Gold Star Private Limited. 
-- Mapping of clients, understanding their product requirements, chalking out various designs and presenting them to the client. 
-- On selection of a particular design by the client, forwarding the same to the manufacturing division and supervising the entire production process for a sample set.
-- On client confirmation for the sample, instructing the production division to start with mass production.
-- Supervising the packaging and getting the same ready for export supported by all necessary documentation as required. 
-- Monitoring the collection of receivables by liaison with the finance team.
