Professional Profile Research Assistant Centre for Development Studies, Trivandrum 2010 - Present I’m responsible for assisting the senior researcher in her research; responsible for collecting, interpreting, analyzing and compiling data; preparing records and reports; responsible for managing time for the research. I’m associated in the researches such as Globalisation and Higher Education in Kerala (sponsored by Sir Ratan Tata Trust), Micro credit and Women Empowerment in Kerala (a thesis for Finland) and Higher Education and Women Empowerment programmes of Kerala Government (a pilot study of KFAW, Japan).
