- Updating to call center & CART teams about the campaign.
- Thorough knowledge for various of Redemption Process applicable for program's related to gifts
- Co-ordination with different team for database activities.
- Co-ordination with Vendors, Agencies, Call Center, Customer & Managers.
- NDNC for Pan India database Customer’s.
- Prepare Customer Statement Plans as per Logo’s & Database for Monthly basis.
- Prepare Scheme Code as per Merchant request.

- Daily, Weekly, Monthly MIS maintaining & reporting to Product Head & Managers.
