Company specializes in manufacturing LCD Mobile Display (STN/CSTN/TFT/Chip on Film, Chip on Board, Chip on Glass Technology).
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY 
 - Streamlined processes and procedures so that all product performance was 
 met with regard to internal and external customers, acted as escalation 
 point for team to resolve customer issues.
 - Coordinated with production control, process, Quality, warehouse logistics to 
 ensure smooth company operations as per plan. 
 - Monitor production Equipment operations ensuring integrity of production, 
 packaging and distribution operations while maintaining productivity levels
 - Involved in manpower and line allocation, 
 setting production targets and achieving shipment schedules.
- Responsible for achieving targeted production.
- Daily production planning and prioritizing the sequence of production.
