Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for managing export import documentation, correspondence with customers overseas, co-ordinating between our factories and shipping agents and other front office related work. The candidate should be a graduate, computer savy and very fluent in English.

Desired Candidate Profile:
The applicant should have experience and knowledge of documentation and procedures concerning exports and imports.

Company Profile:
We are the largest manufacturer and exporter of mantles having a factory at Surat Special Economic Zone and another at Jogeshwari West, Bombay. Our office is at Flora Fountain, Bombay. Mantles are used for street lighting at Europe, U.S.A., U.K. and Japan and around the world for camping. We employ over a 150 people at our two factories and between 6 and 8 people at our office. We work Monday to Friday from 10.30 am until 6.30 pm and on Saturdays from 10.30 am until 3 pm.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Streamlined processes and procedures so that all product performance was
met with regard to internal and external customers, acted as escalation
point for team to resolve customer issues.
- Coordinated with production control, process, Quality, warehouse logistics to
ensure smooth company operations as per plan.
- Monitor production Equipment operations ensuring integrity of production,
packaging and distribution operations while maintaining productivity levels
- Involved in manpower and line allocation,
setting production targets and achieving shipment schedules.
