Responsibilities [/B]:
HR Responsibility

- Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand  all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they  are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements.
- Taking care of joining formalities, Employees co-ordination with new  joining of the internal employees, Issuing the offer letter &  explain the salary detail & LOI.
- Contribution and submitting of PF & ESI returns.
- Plan for employee’s performance appraisal, developing tools for  appraisal, and development through MBO & 360 degree method. 
- Handling employee Relation in better than the best way.
- Job posting in an effective manner and Co-ordinates and is involved in  every step of the technicians and supervisors recruitment and induction
- Monitors the performance review, KRA, PLI through ERP System.
- Additional HRA like as PF transfer, ESI & Taxation detail etc.
- Employees attendance detail through ERP System
- Muster Roll attendance through ERP System.
- To come up with innovative ideas to improve process efficiency.

[B]IR Responsibility [/B]:-
- Resolving every kind of legal problem like as Labour offices, Hospital, Labour problem related to employees and labour.
- Perform regular audits as principal employer to ensure compliance with  terms of labor contract and statutory regulations by registered  contractors.
- Compliance issues pertaining to contract labor.
- Conduct skills based training programs for contract labor.
- Supervision of Time –keeping and check it out properly.
- Proper co-ordination with external bodies just like Labour Commissioner,police Officer.
- Ensures the smooth running of the industrial relationships by having a  role of interface between management, employee representation and  employees.
- Prepare daily Labour output detail.
- Maintain & update all register under Act.
- Ensures good communication processes throughout the (plant,  engineering center) to ensure issues are identified early and resolved.
- Maintain high level morale and productivity of the contract labor

- Maintaining the Fine register, Muster roll register, Wage & Salary register, Advance register.
- Planning and Maintaining indirect expances, over hesd costs and control.
- Maintain the deceplain and Grievance handling process.
- Resolve the transportation problem.
- Proper arrangement of Guest house for living the employees.
- Proper arrangement of canteen for employees.
- Manages administrative cases, the pay management, and the disciplinary issues.
