Both these jobs have given me the ability to work by either independently performing as well as a productive member of a team. Both jobs have included multi-tasking under constantly changing conditions in order to get things completed on time. I would like to apply for the position of a Placement Co-coordinator in your organization. Managing people, keeping them happy and bringing in the right people are important to a HR person as human capital is a driving force behind success and if not careful a failure to an organization. My goal is to be the best and making use of my skills and resources to the fullest. Learning a new skill and adopting it my work is one thing I look forward to.
