    Job profile & KRAs: The incumbent would handle all aspects of generalist HR including recruitments.
    The key responsibilities are:
    - providing administrative support to the management in the implementation of all aspects of the company’s human resources programs.

    - providing human resources services to assist in maintaining and efficiently utilizing the company’s human resources.

    Providing HR and administrative assistance to the HR Head in relation to:

    I am an M.Com graduate currently working with Personnel Selexions, an executive search firm as an H.R. Executive –Search and Selection for 4months for the period from March 16, 2009 till date. I work in a team of 2 where I report to my consultant. After understanding the requirement from the client, I search and select the right candidate through various job portals, networking sites as well as through references. I even post a job on the job portals. After a candidate is selected from the job portal, I interview them through a telephonic interview and even ask them to come personally for the interview. I guide them as to how to present themselves to the client. I make their resumes look more presentable and present it to the client. After the candidate has gone for the interview a follow up is done with the client asking them questions and getting a feedback. The process is followed once more if the client is not satisfied with the desired candidates.

Both these jobs have given me the ability to work by either independently performing as well as a productive member of a team. Both jobs have included multi-tasking under constantly changing conditions in order to get things completed on time.
    I would like to apply for the position of a Placement Co-coordinator in your organization. Managing people, keeping them happy and bringing in the right people are important to a HR person as human capital is a driving force behind success and if not careful a failure to an organization.
